We are a pioneer in Neuro-AI medical technology dedicated to engineering advanced AI therapeutics that decode and modulate peripheral nerve signals. This Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms”) forms a legally binding contract between you and Fasikl governing your access to and use of our corporate digital platforms, including our website, mobile application ecosystem controlling the Felix™ NeuroAI™ Wristband, and associated clinical services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Institutional Acceptance & Eligibility Framework

These Terms govern individual users, clinical institutions, movement disorder specialists, and international distribution partners. Access to the Services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Supervised Authorized Access

Individuals aged 13 to 17 may only interact with mobile application software under the direct, active supervision of a prescribing clinician, parent, or legal guardian who accepts full legal responsibility for all platform activities. Fasikl does not knowingly collect personal data from minors without authorized legal consent.

2. License to Use Digital Platforms & Firmware

Subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms, Fasikl grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access digital services, operate downloadable applications, and interact with embedded wearable firmware solely for non-commercial, clinically authorized purposes.

• Software Restrictions: You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from device firmware or cloud AI models.
• Application Distribution: Downloads are permitted exclusively through authorized application distribution channels (such as Apple App Store and Google Play).
• Commercial Integrity: Enterprise buyers, clinical trial partners, and global distributors must operate within specific commercial master service agreements.

3. User Account Security & Identity Verification

To access personal therapy logs or clinician portals, users must establish an account utilizing verifiable contact details. Accounts feature multi-factor authentication (MFA) protocols to safeguard sensitive data integrity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and prohibiting unauthorized third-party account utilization. Suspected security breaches must be reported immediately to Fasikl corporate compliance administration.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Platform Safeguards

To maintain regulatory compliance and cybersecurity, users and commercial partners agree strictly to avoid:

• Utilizing automated crawlers, scrapers, or data mining software on digital infrastructure.
• Introducing malicious code, trojans, software viruses, or network overload vectors.
• Misrepresenting professional credentials, institutional affiliations, or clinical licensing status.
• Bypassing device calibration parameters or overriding embedded safety controls authorized by clinicians.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Protections

All technologies, underlying software algorithms, signal decoding patents, hardware designs, industrial visuals, and trademarks—including “Fasikl,” “Felix NeuroAI,” and “Fasikl-X”—are the exclusive proprietary property of Fasikl Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized utilization of Fasikl intellectual property without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Clinical & Medical Advice Disclaimer

The informational content presented across digital platforms is strictly for educational, institutional, and clinical reference purposes. While the Felix NeuroAI Wristband is an FDA-cleared noninvasive therapeutic device, digital software content does not constitute formal medical diagnoses or clinical prescriptions.
